AM: Woke up late and went over to Sugarhouse Park with my dad! Did a half mile warm up then 10 weighted strides and cooled down until 3 miles. When I got home I did my squats, superman, push ups, crunches and side crunches. PM: I went over to Highlands Track and met up with Larry. I started out with a half mile warm up then a mile of J's because my legs were sore from the race on saturday. Then I went out and did a lap in the park for cooldown. |
