Woke up did three miles, then my core. PM: At like 2 PM I went down to Highland High's track for a light speed workout. Did .75 warm up, 6x150 meter strides, then changed my shoes to my spikes then did 3x200 with 200 jog recovery. My times were 30, 33, 32 then I cooled down til I got to four miles. The heat drained my energy. |
