Well guys, I am blogging again... I guess that means I am training again! Well on Saturday I raced at the USATF regionals Track and Field meet in the 4x100;) and the 800 which I placed first and second in each. So I got up on Sunday and was incredibly sore so this morning I woke up early and went for a shake out run, but could barely make it a mile because I was so sore!
In the PM I met up with Levi and Larry for a light speed workout to loosen up my legs. So I did 2 laps in lane 8 as a warm up, then I did 8x150 and 8x300 all at 60 seconds. That was really really slow but the first few were hard to get my legs going that fast. But by the end of the workout it was hard going that slow! I just jogged around the last curve for recovery and started again so they were all continuous. Then I stretched A TON and did a mile cooldown.

When I got home from my mile this morning, I did my squats, crunches, arm swings, side crunch things, and calf raises. I LOVE SUMMER!!!! So much extra time to do what I should have been doing the whole time!

PS! My birthday is in two DAYS!!
