Track warm up, jogged down to 1300 east, I made it to I think its 4th south then I turned around because my knee was killling me. Then I did 2 300s and my times were 50 and 48. I was aiming for 60 so I went a bit fast. Going fast didn't hurt them at all but then jogging around killed them. 2 laps cooldown with the sprinters. |
