Today I got to go to practice and run. We started with the 2 laps warm up, then stretching. I didn't do drills because they hurt my knee but I stretched during those. The workout was go over to Sugarhouse Park, do the outside laps of 10x 90 second fartlek workout. I made it to 1300 east with my knee getting progressively worse so I turned around because I didn't want what happened last week to happen again. It looks like I am not racing on Saturday:( |
