This morning I woke up early to go and get my run done and I got it done before 7:30 in the morning which was a really nice change for once. So I did a mile warm up and a light speed workout to wake up the legs for this weekend at the Utah Summer Games. So my workout was 800x800x400x400. My times were 2:31, 2:30, 69, 71 so a good even effort workout for this morning. Then I ran a mile home and then from my house ran up .75 and back the same way which got me to about 1300 south when I had to turn around. Good way to start the week. PS: TOMORROW IS MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PM: I ran down to Sugarhouse Park with my new waterbottle belt that I got for my birthday. So I did 3 laps of J's for a warm up then I heard my workout. It was a ladder of 200, 300, 400, 300, 200 but if I ran under 65 for my 400 I didn't have to do the second 300 :0. So My times went like this: 31, 50, 65, 31. Since I ran a 65 for my 400 I didn't have to do the second 300. Then I cooled down until I got to 5 for tonight. |
