Disneyland.  A perfect post marathon place.  I jogged a half mile in the morning and another half in the evening to and from the hotel to Disneyland. 

Morning run in Anaheim, CA with a high school speedster named Dallas.  He had no caring about my post marathon legs. The first mile was the only one I enjoyed in 7:16.

Time 26:24,  Mile avg. - 6:36. 

California Adventures, here we come!

Morning run with Dallas.  Once again he didn't want to run slow.  I was able to hold him back somewhat the first two miles then he was like a thirsty horse that could smell water.  The third mile was in 6:38, and the final mile was in 6:00 for me and probably about 5:30 for Dallas, I couldn't stay with him.

Miles 4, Time 27:36,  Mile avg. - 6:54

Then I did two cool down miles with Taunia which felt much better.

Morning run in Imperial Beach, CA with Taunia.

Morning run, sunny, temp 60'

Ran with Dallas half on the beach and half on roads.  As usual he sped up near the end but not as much as usual.  Last mile in 6:40.
