Very nice day for an easy run.  Running the SLC half this weekend so I need some easy days to get the legs ready to go.

Hey do you know anything about the SoJo Earth day 10K course? Looks like it's a loop but I can't tell from their map if it's hilly or not.

Tom, The 10K is a pretty good course. Much as you'd expect. As you head toward the river the elevation slightly drops and vise versa. However, just before you get to the Jordan River there is a big quick drop and as you are coming out of the river bottoms theres a short steep hill.

Of course the short hills don't help your time at all but they won't kill it either.

Thanks for the info Terry. I'll probably start out around 6:45 pace and see what that feel like. Hopefully it will feel too easy and I can speed up a bit.

Dang I just noticed that race doesn't start until 11am. Why so late? Could be getting a bit toasty warm by then :(
