I ran 30 miles in January, 60 miles in February and 105 miles in March. I feel like I better only go for 120-125 miles in April. I don't want to over do it

I think you'll be quite safe at 160 miles in April. You were severely undertraining in the past three months. You seem to be handling 6 miles a day with no problems. I see no reason why you could not do 5 days of 6 miles with one day of 10 a week. That would give you about 170 in April. Just keep them slow enough so you do not get injured. At this point, your nervous system is probably much stronger than your muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bones, so you need to consciously back off on pace to avoid injuries.
