Morning run, cloudy, temp. 78'

Ran with Dallas.  He got a side ache after about 1.5 miles.  I'm guessing fasting and not eating well didn't help him.  I'm guessing most of his side aches come from eating habits and possibly dehydration. 

Time 41:00.  mile avg. - 8:12
