Workout: Long Run (recommended pace 10:29)
- Treadmill / 8 mi / 10:31 / Steady rain
- Outside / 5.25 mi / 10:40 / Intermittent drizzle
This is the first long run that I have attempted since March. Apart from being forced inside for the majority of the run, it went better than I aniticpated. I was never fatigued just bored.
