3 miles around the neighborhood with Cooper. Nice, very slow, recovery run. Tried to go as slow as I possibly could, totally time 32:28. So 10:45ish miles or something, too lazy to get the Garmin and it doesn't matter! Then an hour and a half of tennis (I was baaad) and 9 holes of golf (I was okay) in the beautiful sunshine!
