Walked on the beach in the morning with my parents (Cooper had a BLAST!).  Then once we got home ran 3.5 miles with Cooper (in the dark), literally all on the one street in front of our house, because there are signs about coyotes in our neighborhood that scared me.  My knee hurt around 2.5 and it was really stiff afterwards, that's not good.

Need to run 10 miles in 10 days - that's doable right?!

So let Cooper get eaten by a coyote instead of you?

But you can do another 10 for sure. 1 mile a day.

Oh my gosh that is so incredibly sad. What kind of dog was Sugar? That's exactly why I stayed in the neighborhood - for Cooper's sake not mine!

She was a weimeraner. Now we just got a brand new puppy this week, so let's hope history doesn't repeat itself. We live in a different house now, though.

Go ladies! I unfortunately will not be joining you in the quadruple digits club. Maybe next year.

Ha - I know! It will feel like less of an accomplishment considering I decided to do it when I only had 16 miles left to do in about 12 days. :-) GO APRIL!
