Walked 3 miles with Cooper this morning. Meant to run, but then decided that it would be the 4th day in a row of running, and I really didn't want to do that. So I didn't meet my goal of the week this week, which was 13 miles. I ran 10.5 miles, 17 miles total. This week my goal is to really try and run 4 days, with a day in between each. It will be difficult since I"ll be at a conference Thurs-Sat but plan is: Mon/Wed/Sat/Sun and try 3/3/3/4. |
