AM - 45 mins on the bike trainer. PM - I had such lovely visions of a nice outdoor run since it was uncharacteristically beautiful today. But then a huge accident on I5 happened and therefore a 90 minute commute home from class happened and bye-bye daylight. So I did 4.5 miles at the gym track, miles 2 and 4 were one lap fast one lap recovery. Although the track is way less boring than the TM I think I need to make my peace with the TM, since the track is concrete and 60+ laps the same direction can't be good for my legs. Followed it up with some squats and lunges. |
