Ankle still weird. Its the not knowing that's killing me. Down to the dog park, 2 loops, and back. Did a little extra to hit 60 minutes exactly. TT: 1:00:01 AP: 9:49 Splits: 10:28, 9:41, 9:43, 9:30, 9:29, 10:04 (ran up Hillside today) Then did some strength stuff and then 30 minutes on the recumbent bike while I read my book. Actually READING a book, I can't remember the last I did that with a book that wasn't about statistics/education.
