I decided that since I ran yesterday morning, it would be okay to run today afternoon, as long as it was short.  :-)  76 degrees outside, beautiful sun, SUMMER IS HERE!  I can't express to you how happy this makes me.  Makes the past 6 months of misery (thank you S.A.D.) all worth it!  

Ran 2 laps around the neighborhood with Cooper, which was probably too much for Cooper in this heat, poor guy.  I was sweating buckets, so he was probably suffering.  

Splits: 10:05, 9:50, 9:26

TT: 29:25   AP: 9:48

A summer weekend!  Hip hip hooray!  Off to our mini one-night vacation at the casino (thank you mystery shopping!) and then hopefully lots of golf and lovely sun.

Yes love it! I know I felt bad for Frank.. took him for 6 miles and when I got back from 13 he had puked in the garage.. but he always does that. I think he's fine now.
