6am- good ol mornin run.

12pm- 8 miles.  4 30 seconds, 3 800s, and 3 1000 indian runs.  It was a hard workout.  I pretty much warmed up on the 30 seconders cuz i got there late.  the 1000s were hard but kinda fun too.  the last one really hurt and my legs felt like jessica (hill) was biting them.  it was rough.  but everything is easier when your the favorite.

My heel started hurting bad ever since the workout yesterday and was worse today.  It hurt just to walk.  But people have told me ice works to help injurys.  Sounds crazy but ill give it a go.

6am-  Got to start running again with the morning after me and my dad went on a bike ride last night.  It was pretty slow but i really would rather recover than stay injured.

3pm-  three super easy miles.  Me and jake had to run with the girls cuz of injury.  I wish i could go with the girls everytime.  They go so easy and slow and I LOVE it! My stupid plantar was fine and so i will just ice it i guess.  Im not sure though.

6am-  Got a nice stretch during the night from my strassburg sock.  my heel felt tender but i was able to run with the guys the whole run.

3pm-  me and jake ran arctic circle 3 miler.  Hopefully i can do a workout or whatever everybodys doin on monday.  My heel felt pretty much good.
