Am -  easy morning run 4 miles

Pm -  it was so hot it felt like hell.  11 miles in 110 degrees,  it was brutal.  Barefoot striders after

Am -  rough morning run.  Legs felt destroyed. 4 miles

Pm -  race, desert relays.  The race was nothing special for me. We did a workout after: 3x4min intervals.  Pace was 5:30-5:40 for those.  With dead legs from yesterday, then just racing a mile ,they were freakin hard.  Got 7 on the afternoon.

Am -  I was sooooo tired that I unconsciously turned off my alarm when it went off.  So my dad came down and woke us up at 6:25.  We rushed to school and still got in 2 miles.

Pm -  just had an easy 30 min grass run.  We ran over to sandstone to do it.  Run felt good.  Got 4 miles.  I did an ice bath at home. And my upper upper hamstring really tightened up a lot and hurts.

Am -  4 miles.  I actually felt pretty good.   Except a few times my hamstring/glute twinges with pain.

Pm -  Today we did a hill workout.  We ran through Washington over kinda towards my house to the sand hill we run up.  The workout we did was 2(3*1min).  It was tough in the deep sand.  My hamstring has been bugging me but it felt fine running the workout.  Ended with some mileage back to the school, I think around 6.5.

Am -  4 miles, it felt iffy but I wasn't too tired.

Pm -  Easy pre-race today.  Ran toward the lucky eagle to stroke it's beak.  We weren't sure if we would make it within our time, but it worked out.  After did 4 200m strides.  I felt super smooth on them, I'm ready to race tomorrow.

Am -  RACE DAY, what a beautiful day for a race.  Headed up to Cedar bright and early at 6:30.  Wow, freakin Jake missed the bus, luckily he still raced a solid race in JV.  Listened to some beast tunes by The Killers on the way up.

Had a nice warm up, felt pretty good. this race was good.  the race started out good with our pack in a good position.  1 mile I just kinda sat there. pace felt fast but I guess that's racing, I gotta get used to it.  fast foward to last loop, me and dallin were going strong.  coach said to break up dhell's perfect score so I got going and digging hard.  then rounding the top, things happened and I slowed a ton and It jacked up the end of my race.  whatevr.  my hammy felt fine, I'm happy about that.  now I can go party later.  

I though I saw some improvement in our racing this week.  We'll just get better everyweek.  Word out

Dont know my exact time so I'll post it later.  I'm just putting 16:10 for now
