Am - 4 miles. I actually felt pretty good. Except a few times my hamstring/glute twinges with pain.
Pm - Today we did a hill workout. We ran through Washington over kinda towards my house to the sand hill we run up. The workout we did was 2(3*1min). It was tough in the deep sand. My hamstring has been bugging me but it felt fine running the workout. Ended with some mileage back to the school, I think around 6.5.
