6:15am- Started out on my morning run. Passed my dad goin the other way about halfway. Then a bit after my heel started giving me pain, whatever it does. So i kinda jogged/limped/walked the rest of the way home. 3pm- As soon as we started the warmup my heel started hurting so i just took it a bit easy. When we got back i told coach and he had me go to mark. He taped me up and told me what to do and all that. So at home i rolled it with a waterbottle and a tennis ball. Then i put it in a bucket of ice water and that flippin hurt. So tomorow is a rest day and hopefully i can run on friday and in the race cuz this junk sucks. |
