7am- 7 miles today. We ran down 2450 street to the river trail then ran along that. My heel wasnt too bad. It hurt pretty bad on the warmup, but as we started the run it felt better and better. The way back really was hard. Plus i dont know why but my legs were completely shot today. It felt like i hardly move them. Today was not great. 3pm- 3 miles to arctic circle. weights and plyos after. |
