am- 60 mins with 30 tempo. Nice run. The tempo was hard, around 6 minute pace. But I felt pretty good, especially compared with my last 2 tempos.
pm - nice easy 30 min run up to GS park and back. 3.6 miles
am - pretty hard 60/60 workout on the grass. it was a fun workout to push myselft on though. did 15 reps. the last 5 were pretty hard. 5.9 miles.
pm - ran in the desert towards the interchange. 30 minutes. swag. 3.4 miles
am - did the mustang pass loop. I was going for 45 minutes but it turned out longer. 53 minutes. 5.9 miles. it was hard on the hills. wow.
pm- 3.6 up at altitude camp
am- 7.75 at altitude camp. 60 mins, hard long hill.
Pm- 3.7 easy. 30 minutes. About 10500 feet
am - 90 minute run with strong finish. Fun but hard, the trail was a bit muddy. This really tested my endurance. 13 miles.
pm- 30 minutes, 3.5 miles. Hard trail.
am - 30 minutes, 3.75 miles. Felt achy but warmed up by the end. A final jump in pine lake then we left later like at 10
