7am - Really rough morning. Our workout was 50 minutes with 15 tempo. It really wasn't a fast pace just around 6:00, but my legs were just feeling like trash. I really struggled on the tempo and had to really dig, but thats good. It'll just make me tougher. Total on the run was 6.65
3pm - Me, Cam, and Bryan went and did Dino Cliffs trail. we went 30 minutes and got 3.3 miles. The heat was brutal.
