GOING THE DISTANCE

7am -  today for practice we did 45 minutes and a 15 minute tempo.  I felt good on the tempo, it was pretty solid.  6:00 pace for the tempo.  

7am -  35 minutes easy,  4.4 miles.   After .5 warmup and core stuff we ran up main street into the desert.  It was a really nice run.  I finally got Igor out.

12:15pm  -  we met at Paul's hours and ran to sandburgs resort.  We swam a bit but left so we could see the national anthems for the soccer game. But we missed them anyways. 3.6 miles

7am -  First did warmups.  Then did 25 minutes on the road then 20 minutes on the grass.  It was great, really fun run.  

12pm -  Met at Pauls and ran to sandbergs and back.  we all remembered goggles this time.  It was cool I saw some big trout and found a golf ball.

7am -  Good workout it was good.

3pm -  easy 30 minutes jumped in a pond.

7am -  Nice 50 minute run starting at sullivan park and looping waaay around shnobe kibe out on a bridge and down the dam road.  Ended with a strong finish about 5:30 pace, indian run style.  I felt great, it was a fun run.

10am -  Me and Alex started from green springs park and ran west on a dirt road out toward the turkey farm road.
