7am -  Started out with .5 grass warmup then our run.  40 minutes with a 10 minute tempo.  I didn't get up on time today so I wasn't able to eat anything.  It sure made the tempo a lot harder for me than it should have been.  Cuz it wasn't too fast, just 6 minute pace.  5.4 miles total.  1.6 on the tempo.  My body is still feeling good and i'm staying healthy.

7am -  Half mile barefoot warmup then 30 minutes.  We went 3.9 miles @ 7:41 ave. pace.  My soleui were pretty sore from yesterdays tempo.  Don't know why but yeah, they felt okay running.  I learned how to control 1st and 2nd grade boys.  Use the power of the Story Stick of Wisdom.

3pm -  Met with coach, Cam, Paul, Preston, and Alex at PVHS and did a loop that took us past Sandbergs Pond.   We jumped in and it was ok.  It felt good but it wasn't super cool and the water wasn't really clear.  I struggle at drinking water while running, something to work on.

7am -  35 minutes.  10 on road then the rest on grass.  great easy day.

7am -  45 minutes total.  Our workout was 3*6min cruises.  It was kinda like mile repeats but a bit slower and by time not 1 mile.  First was barefoot warmup on the grass.  Then some more warmup.  Then we did the workout.  It was good and I led the last one cuz I felt very confident.  cooled a bit after.

2pm -  Me and Alex ran with Paul, Preston, Cam, and Andrew around Sandbergs Oasis.  Jumped in the ocean 3 times.   Felt the presence of Marlar...

7am -  Met the team at heritage park in coral canyon.  We did some warm up on the grass then went on our run.  It was kinda hard at first but it was really damp.  We ran on to the ridge  and all the way down it to telegraph and looped it back to the park.  We ended with a strong finish, like 10 minutes about at like 6:30 pace.  It was damp to the max.  Later today im going on a backpacking trip up to signal peak (peak of pine valley mountain).  I've heard its pretty damp up there.

8pm -  I really had to force myself to go run today.  I went on a pretty grueling backpacking trip and my legs were really sore.  But me and Alex just went really slow 30 minutes around our neighborhood.  We did 9:20 ave. pace.  Swag pace for life.
