7am - 45 minutes total. Our workout was 3*6min cruises. It was kinda like mile repeats but a bit slower and by time not 1 mile. First was barefoot warmup on the grass. Then some more warmup. Then we did the workout. It was good and I led the last one cuz I felt very confident. cooled a bit after.
2pm - Me and Alex ran with Paul, Preston, Cam, and Andrew around Sandbergs Oasis. Jumped in the ocean 3 times. Felt the presence of Marlar...
