Am -  Got up and before church went for a 30 minute walk then did yoga.  My hip feels freakin so crappy, its so depressing.  Idk what will even happen with this week.  My hip slowly got more and more tightened up last night.  I been working on it hardcore though and I really hope it can get better fast.

Am -  slept through my alarm but still had enough time to go for a quick 20 min walk.  My mom (who's a PT) gave me a good massage last night.  That really helped loosen things up.  I felt so much better.

Pm -  wasn't sure what would happen today.  Team was doing a kosmin test today.  I wasn't sure if my hip would be up to it so I just ran the warm up.  That was kinda hard.  Before they started I did an acceleration to see how fast I could get going.  And yeah, I got up to like 5:30 pace and it hurt.  So yeah that freakin sucks, I just want to get running for reals again.  I did 5 miles total, I tighten up more and more but not to bad.  Did yoga on the field after which felt dope smack good.

Something that raised hell today: I totally beasted, got 100% on the urinary system test.

Am -  Went for a beast 20 minutes walk.  My form was sooo prime.  I got another massage last night and my hip is improving a lot.  It almost feels like I could get through a race on Friday, I just don't know if it would be worth the risk to be hurt for region and state.  We'll see, then. Also did yoga.

Pm -  Went to the rec center and did some clutch pool running.  At first I was doing like a pyramid interval workout.  But I really ended up just doing random hard intervals of like 1, 2, or 3 minutes.  Doing that didn't bug my hip, super rad.  Pretty sure I saw Mr. Gentry, my elementary school PE teacher, so that was dope smack.

Am -  1.1 pretty slow to shake things out, get the blood flowing.  Had another massage last night.

Pm -  did a nice 3.6 miles with the team, then .5 on the track.  Feeling ok, not ready for speed for sure, but on easy pace I am almost feeling normal

Am -  2 miles really slow.  Felt 'aight.

Pm -  swag run.  It was pretty hard.  It feels like I don't have much strength in my hip joint, so my hammies and quads are working harder and getting sore. 5.3 miles

Got home and did a nice yoga sesh.  Also rolled out good.

Am -  did 2 miles

Pm -  we went up to salt lake for the Herriman Invitational.  I wasn't sure about racing today, I didn't want to if I felt any pain.  Then I would just jack up my hip even more.  I ran a mile and was trying to be really positive about it.  I tried an acceleration on the track, getting up to like 1600 pace.  And that hurt pretty bad so I knew I gotta back off.  It was really depressing watching the races I would have been in.  I got about 3.5 miles that night. 

Overall this meet was pretty good.   Yeah, I didn't even race here, but I definately like everything about BYU's meet better and I hope we could go there next year.

Am -  we got up at 7 after getting to sleep at 1.  Our hotel was in sandy, and we headed east up a hill, then ran north along the railroad track, the dropped into a gully and ran up that a ways.  It was pretty nice run.  I'm felling really good running at a chill pace like 7:00.  We found a sweet swing thing off a tree.  Which I didn't get to do cuz everyone was being stupid.  6.1 total
