| 3pm- 1000m repeats was what I did today with the track team. 4 of them, and then 2 all out 300's after. 1000 meter times were 3:20, 3:28, 3:27, 3:40. My 300 meter times were 45 and 49. i did okay on this workout. My last 1000 I always die. i really need to bring something to eat before practice so I can finish these workouts without my legs falling apart. |

| 3pm- Today was a tough workout. It was 8*200m at 3 seconds faster than race pace. So my goal was 29.5. It was a very hard workout, buy I did good finishing it good. My times were 28, 31, 30, 30, 31, 29, 31, 31. A little slow but I know that I gave it all I got and my legs hurt so bad after. I warmed up 1.5 miles and cooled down 15 minutes on the bike. My knee hurt moderately today. |

| 3pm- For practice it was just a recovery run to get ready for SUU. I went with the group going 4 miles to starbucks and back. It was pretty quick though. I usually like to go slower on my easy runs but whatever, I survived. We the team all lifted weights when we got back. I should not have squatted because it made my knee hurt really bad. |

| 7pm- This race was just ok. We got to Cedar at 2 and I had to wait around for 5 hours to race. 5 hours later me and everyone else running the 800 went to warm up. We warmed up 1.5 miles and went to check in and stuff. When the race came I had an ok started. i felt like I was running a good first lap. Turns out it was just ok at 1:05. So I heard that and was off so I sped up. At 300m left I accelerated, passing like 5 people. At the final 200 I sprinted and passed like 5 more people. I was thinking I had to have ran a 1:03. I had gone all out that last 400 to end up 2nd. He he, who am I kidding. I ran a 1:06 and got a 2:11 total. I don't know what happened. I pushed it a ton. After I didn't cool down, that was really stupid. |

| 9:30am- Today I did really bad. I wasn't ready mentally or physically at all. I realized how much I count on coach to help push me through the race and guide me into position for good times. I really want to do good at BYU and prove that I actually deserve to run there. I hope my knee and shin pain can go away. |
