| Am - Did 6.5 easy this morning as the team did their workout, 60/60 intervals. Watching Paul beast, I really wanted to jump in but my hamstring is still slightly jacked and I know how touchy they are. After my run it kinda tightened up and hurt. Hopefully I can do enough stuff to get it feeling good enough to race on friday.

| Am - Today the team was doing hills and I went along with them and just did easy miles. Hamstring felt a little iffy, but it is feeling fairly better and tomorrow I'll give the tempo a go. I hate sitting out a good hill seshun but I know my body by now and when to push it, those hills would make it worse.

| Pm - Took the morning off again to help my hamstring get better. And it has helped, I'm feeling pretty good and ready to race on Friday. Did tempo today. Warmed up 2 miles, then 10 minutes at 5:50 pace, 5 mins jogging, then 10 more at 5:35 pace. Good run, it was nice and not to stressing on my leg. I abstained from all out 300's though, gotta a bit careful. Cooldown to 8.25

| Pm - Pre race run to the Squaredesac and back. That was 4.3 miles. It feel great back to be in its presence. Then 4x200m and I feel pretty good for tomorrow.

| Am - Easy recently very run 3.8 miles.
Pm - Solid race today! I PR'd by .6 of a second. I got at good warmup in, a little over 2 miles. Got changed into my Saucony spikes which I really like, did a few strides and got to the start line. Luckily Garek made it barely. The start was kinda bad, a bunch of guys cut in way quick and formed and packed and just totally chilled. We went through 200m in like 35 it was ridiculous. I got out on the curve to go chase Eric Lambert and Jaiden Melendrez who got out good, also Garek came around me to get up to them. Next lap I tried to stay with Garek, then 3rd lap he and Jaiden got away from me a bit. With 500m to go I felt a surge of adrenaline and started going a bit here. Going into the last lap, I saw that I was in 4th and though, I gotta go get that medal. Passed Lambert with 300 to go, and came up and passed Jaiden on the final turn. Kicked in as hard as I could and got 2nd. I'm happy with it after a 1:09 first lap and 2:15 for 800m. I'll get below 4:20 in a good fast race.
Did like 7 miles with Dallen up to Coach Holt's house and back.

| Am - Ran 3 miles with our 3200m crew before the meet started. I wanted to run more, but was super busy giving out medals all day.
Pm - Went out with my dad around 4 and ran Mustang Pass. It was fun. Feeling ok after this week, a little sore from the race.
