| Am - pretty fast run. It was hard. 4 miles
Pm - Tough workout on the track. We did 4*1000m. I got 3:04, :05, :08, :04. I actual felt very good today. This felt even a bit easier than last week when my times were a bit slower. I also ran in my new lunarglides, which are super beast. There was some wind today so that was annoying. But overall good day. 5 miles. Did some nice lifting.
Something that raised hell today: again, a scene from The Crucible movie where John Proctor hanged. It's actually pretty crazy when I remember that that shiz actually went down.

| Am - hard easy run. 4 miles. I'm really hating waking up right now.
Pm - Me, Paul, Jason, and Andrew drove over to Snow Canyon cuz there was a JV meet there. We went on a nice run up a trail through some dope lookin lava fields. On the way back we found something in a creek. 5 miles. Also did some barefoot striders. Later, I made a YOLO decision and "jumped" into the high jump. I cleared 5'4" so it was ok, but really fun and swag. The power of The Tuna Wiggle really helped me.
Something that raised hell today: the something we found in a creek was a bike! I went in and got it. I got all muddy but it was worth it. I had a lot of fun on the bike for the hour I had it.

| Am - Just a nice 4 miles.
Pm - Wow, tough day on the track. 8*600m at 1600 pace. Coach told we gotta do this so we could get our bodies and minds used to that fast pace. I was still not able to get 4:20 pace on all of them, but I was an average of 4 seconds faster for each then last week. And I did all 8 as 600's, so it was pretty good. My legs are getting in the groove of running fast. I think this workout would be easier too if I wasn't doing it alone. 5.5 miles. Also did some quality lifting.
Something that raised hell today: this rediculous hand shake that my sister and coaches daughter made up, lol. It's like 30 seconds and they chant during it.

Am - 4 miles of luscious running.
Pm - Today we did our pre race run, which was sooooo dope. We did the classic shoe run route. First we stopped at Sullivan Park to hit up the baño. While we were there, Bryan caught a duck and threw it into the air. Instead of it flying, it slammed into the ground. We also found a dead fish in a bag, which we dropped off on the Ellsworth's porch. Then we rubbed the Eagles beak for good luck and headed toward the pond. When we passed the pond and got into Marlar territory, Mitch got stung by and be and screamed hardcore. Back at school we finished with 4*200m. Sickest run in a long time.
Something that raised hell today: when Mitch got stung by a bee. He was totally freakin out and stuff.

| Am - 4 easy
Pm - Did the 1600m today at our own invitational. I got a nice warmup in, like 2 miles. I didn't have an exact time goal, just to get a nice PR from my 4:30 back in November. I was in the second ally and I got a pretty good start. The race was pretty physical and the first 2 lap was a lot of jostling around. First lap was like 1:05 then second I came through at 2:11. Third lap I focused on keeping my turnover quick. In the whole back stretch I had like a hardcore elbow battle with some noob. It kinda pissed me off. Third split was 3:20 and I was like, "wow! I could get a nice PR." I surged nicely past some dudes and just kept accelerating till I was kicking to the finish. I PR'd by 5 seconds and got 4:25. And I qualified for state too so that's dope.
Something that raised hell today: wow, Josh Collins with a meet record in the 1600m. He beat Ben Saarel's time by like half a second. Also, my dope PR
