Am -  My body was a noob and I fell asleep like right after I turned off my alarm.  Luckily I woke up again at 6:15, so I went on a run alone around the neighborhood.  It was really sketchy cause it was really dark and there's not many street lights. 4 miles

Pm -  We did our usual Monday workout:  4*1000m and 2*300.  It was pretty dang hard.  Like probably hard a a nice limestone rock.  My times were 3:07, :07, :12, :07.  I was pretty consistent except for that third one.  I think it was really hard. so I kinda didn't want to push all the way hard so I would have something for the last one.  But I just used guts to get through that one so it all worked out.  Also the 300's were really hard, I was just super tired today.  Lifting was also really hard.  6.5 miles total today.

Something that raised hell today:  it didn't really raise hell, but it was pretty funny.  On our warm up, some little black kid with dreads told me, "nice undies" as we ran by.  Lol, I guess my shorts were lookin pretty short.

Am -  I was very tired this morning.  I kinda fell asleep a bit.  3.6 miles

Pm -  Wow!  This afternoon was so savage.  We got out quick after school and went for a super stellar 5.3 mile run.  At first we headed to my house which is made of brick.  We ran down the desert trail right next to my house did some epic swag stuff through the desert.  Then we got back in the city and ran all the way down main street.  Then past sandberg' pond and back to school.  5.3 miles

Today we held a kid track meet for 3rd to 8th grade.  There's was actually a beast turnout for the first one and it was fun to help run.    After the meet a few of us did barefoot striders.

Something that raised hell today:  that was when I wrote a DBQ essay in apush.  Wow man!  I was just spitting fire hardcore.  I couldn't be stopped.  I bet that essay totally gets a 7.

Am -  It was a nice run this morning, I felt great for the 4 miles.

Pm -  Really tough work on the track today.  I had to do 8 600's at goal 1600 pace (4:20).  It was really freakin hard.  Coach kept saying like we gotta get our mind and body used to that fast pace, ya know.  My legs were really flammin, and by the end me and Jason were a little slow on our times.  So coach had us do the last 2 as 400's so we could get the pace.  It really helped me focus and I shot out a 1:02 and 1:03.  Total mileage was around 6 I think.  We also lifted weights.

Something that raised hell today:  On our cool down, we passed the discus throwers, one of which was Triple B (big black Bryan).  Preston yelled, "bu bu bu…" and as he yelled, he tripped.  Preston fell and his face slammed right into coaches butt.  Wow, that was funny.

Am -  another great morning run.  My legs felt so fresh and eatable. 4 miles

Pm -  Just an easy pre race run which was 5.4 miles.  We did the classic shoe run, and those of us who live by the principles of YOLO jumped in Sandbergs pond.  That felt so great, I could really feel the coolness as the nice, wet, damp water wrapped around my body.  Cuz that's what it's all about these days, being damp.  4x200's when we got back.  Also me and Paul worked on our handoff for the Medly tommorow, which I'm doing the 800 in.  I also got the 800 on Saturday so that's dope, it's my favorite event.

Something that raised hell today:  for sure when John Proctor accused Abigail Williams of being a whore.  Wow!  What drama.

Am -  nice 4 miles

Pm -  Hurricane Invite!  It was a very fun meet.  Today I only did the medley 800m so I just chilled in the shade for a long time.  I warmed up about 3-4 miles before the race.  In the race, we just had a small lead going into Paul's 400.  He did good and made the lead a bit bigger.  Then it was my turn, swag.  It didn't feel like it, but I went out really fast in a :55.  That made me pretty tired, so the last lap I was really diggin.  I was totally alone and we ended up winning by over a hundred meters I think!  So yeah, my unofficial split was a 1:59, maybe quicker (timer dude said 1:57 but I trust coach holt more).

Solid first day getting some hardware and stuff.  Now I gotta go get some more in the open 800 tomorrow.

Something that raised hell today:  Trevor Thompson did some crazy magic tricks.  Ryan too.  That was some freaky deeky shiz.

Am -  back to Hurricane for day 2 of the meet.  As soon as we got there, me, Paul, Cam, and Bryan went on a nice run about 6 miles.  Later I warmed up more for the 800.

This race was a super beast race.  Nephi took the lead right from the start and I stayed right with him.  I trailed him till 350 meters in and then came up on his side.  At the 400 mark, I surged and took the lead and just kept attempting to accelerate from there.  The last hundred meters, I was just holding on for dear life.  I knew Ike had to be coming quick, and he was.  But I still won by a second in 1:58.3.  Yeah!  My first win in track.

Something that raised hell today:  raising hell on the track raised hell today.
