6am- a good arctic circle morning run. 3pm- 4 miles plus 2x400's. then we did weights. so it was a good run up to green springs. then we did the 400's and those were fun cuz they were fast but not killer. i think we might have done them too fast, it felt more like a 800 pace instead of 1000 pace but they were nice. and i almost lost my life when i got stuck on top of the pull up bar when we did weights. |
