am- I walked up to the neighbors to take care of there dogs. I hope i get some good dough out of this business venture. pm- I went swimming a little bit but i was super tired from doing the rolly disc core upper body workout out thing that goes in and out. pmpm- I got on the tredmill and walked/ran in this pattern for 30 minutes: 4 minutes walk, 2 minutes run. i had to get one last run in before tomorow when im getting my wisdom teeth out. I scared i dont wanna die.
