pm- 6 and a half miles, hill workout up and down foremaster ridge. This was the first time I have done this workout out and it was way hard. We ran over to Sunrise tire and ran up the hill pretty fast. Then jogged slowly back down. Most people did 5 of them. On the third one I was killin and stoner came from behind and PASSED ME! Oh the shame. Not as bad as getting beat my sunshine, but its up there. I promised not to let it happen again. So of course, it didnt. Then we ran back to the school. And hurray, hurray, tomorow we start up morning runs again. hurray hurray, im so stinkin happy, hurray hurray. |
