pm - good 10x800 workout on our grass/dirt course. I was feeling very good today. I was doing really good mentally and my body was feeling good enough to react to what I told my legs to do. The times were very good. Going from 2:55, :53, :49, :46, :46, :46, :46, :47, :42, :37. Each with about 1:15 recovery. 60 mins total, 8 miles
