3pm - workout- 1.5 warm up, all out: 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 1.5 cool down. It wasn't to hard, but after the 400 I was dead tired. I've pretty much got strep so its pretty painful. But it hasn't like made my throat burn or anything while running.
