4pm - There was a JV meet at Canyon View today so us going to BYU did our workout in Cedar. Our workout was 4 400's all out with full recover. Warm up 1.5 miles. We just did it along a road with a slight downhill at the first. Also we had a strong tail/cross wind so times were very fast. I got 52, 57(we moved it back on this one), 53, 53. Good fast workout. I felt pretty good during the workout but I was so sore after.
