Am - did part of a coe workout. I actually felt good for the first few reps, then it got to fast and my hip hurt. 5.5 total
Pm - Hip felt really crappy today. We practiced our hand offs and when I would just go a bit fast it hurt. And on our easy run it felt very uncomfortable and awkward. Normally feeling this way, I probably might not race tomorrow. But it's the medley and my team is counting on me. Also I gotta help us qualify the 4*400m. I wish I had more time. 3 miles.
