3pm- Today was a tough workout. It was 8*200m at 3 seconds faster than race pace. So my goal was 29.5. It was a very hard workout, buy I did good finishing it good. My times were 28, 31, 30, 30, 31, 29, 31, 31. A little slow but I know that I gave it all I got and my legs hurt so bad after. I warmed up 1.5 miles and cooled down 15 minutes on the bike. My knee hurt moderately today. |
