Pm -  Nice solid race.  It felt much better than yesterday and i ran a pretty good time.  I was alone the last 2 laps, so I never really got going all out the final bit.  Its really hard to shift gears to all out with nobody around.  I felt great though, so with some top Dhells guys, I think I could have PR'd. 5 miles total.
