8am - Tough workout today of 1600m repeats. Not very good results with all 4 around 5:30. I didn't eat breakfast so that was stupid. Felt very sluggish. Possibly from drinking the rest of the root beer left over after the root beer mile. 7.75 miles total.
2pm - 3 miles in the desert. Painful at first then warmed up a bit towards the end and felt okay.
