no morning run. really needed the rest.
3pm - Really good tempo today. We warmed up a few miles before we got going fast. I was having really negetive thoughts before we started and I just didn't really want to run. But as soon as we started the tempo I felt really good. My goal pace for 24 minutes was 5:37 which I hit pretty much right on, maybe give or take a second. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, or maybe I'm just tougher than I think I am cuz I though there was no way I could get that pace. My body ended up really sore after.
