7am- This morning was a good workout. We went down to hells hole to do our hill workout. I woke up feeling a bit sore and stuff but felt good by the time we got doing the workout. Coming back up out of hell hole was hard like always. Then we stopped at a white church and got some water out of the spickit. it wasnt too cold but i tasted really good. Then when we got back we had already gone a little bit over our mileage. Plus my mom had already left cuz she had to go to work and couldn't wait for me any more. so i got a mile and a quarter extra today. 6pm- Normal 3 miler out to arctic circle. After we did most of the plyos but no weights cuz we had to go to the runner center. There we had pizza, got prizes and steve gave us tips on racing stratigy. Good time. |
