6am- Good morning run to arctic circle for 3 miles. The morning runs are always nice and fun cuz its dark. 3pm- We ran 3 miles to the green springs club house and back. Afterwards we did striders which we fun cuz the grass was pretty short. Afterwards that I lifted weights. I love lifting weights espescially cuz your body feels all good and tingley when your done. Kinda like the holy ghost ya know.
