The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

Good early morning Tm run. Kept all the miles between 7:30 and 8:00. Wanted to take it kinda easy after Sat. run. I'm looking forward to another great week. Hope the weather clears out...

Another early morning Tm run. Thought about trying to run outside, but decided against it. 2 miles 7:30 1 mile 7:41 1 mile 7:30 1 mile 7:19 last mile at 7:05. Felt good - for the most part..

Awesome. Awesome. Was about to hit the Tm at the gym when HairDog called and said take him for a run on the bench. So we went up from 40th up to the bench trails and ran down  to the trail head at 29th then took the intermediate trail up to strong canyon (I think) cut down past the towers and looped around WSU football stadium back to 40th. I'm guessing at the milage, but based on time and speed it was probably between 4 and 5 miles. Felt great to be outside...

Good early morning Tm run. I always feel more fatigued a few days after pilates than immediately after...aughh. Went from 8:00 down to 7:30 for the first 4 miles and finished with a 7:00 minute mile. Hopeing to get a long run in tomorrow - Sat might be a problem.

Decided to go for a quick run outside. Another balmy windy chilly morning. Ended up going 3.4 avg 7:36.  Went over to the finish line of the striders half. It was impressive to see so many fastrunningbloggers finish in the top 20. I bet over half of them had on the prized singlet. great job. Logan was stellar as usual. They were running into a pretty good head wind the whole way...
