The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

Happy Halloween! - Well not the race I was hoping for - even though it was a great one. Took off way to fast so, about .7 up the 1st mile I new I was in trouble. Had to start the walk run method until I got to the top of the North Ogden pass. I Started over heating a bit and needed some water. Once I hit the top I took advantage of the downhill next two miles (6:48, 6:38) not sure what the last .6 was I forgot to stop the watch again.... Great times - even if my older brother beat me - it must be those new yellow shoes!

Great race brother. Thanks for letting me beat you to the line in one race. I was running the downhill like a bat out of hell to keep in front. Thanks for the sweet hot tub as well, you have a nice setup
