Decided to sleep in a bit and hit golds on the way home from work! Nice Tm run for the first 5 miles nothing to exciting, hit the track for the last mile. Legs felt good after a few miles. Steam room after is always nice. Incline 1.0.

Let's have a race where the prize is angel food cake ;) Instead of "running with Angels" it can be running FOR angel food cake :D
