Ran another 5k today as a solid tempo run with a 3 mile warm up and 5 mile cool down. Went a little faster than I anticipated (17:32), but still managed to fill out the daily mileage pretty comfortably.

I was just checking results from the Da Do Run Run in Florence, and noticed that Eric Charette ran a 17:32 this morning also! What are the odds?!?!?!
Charette was leading the race with .05 to go but got out kicked by 2 young guns. He also ran at the Twilight 5k that evening in 17:52
