| | Treadmill run at the Y, it stays dark for awhile here in the a.m. and it's harder to get motivated for that, so I'm probably looking at a few more months inside. It's hard to get a pace going for the first mile on that machine for some reason, but once I get locked in (and watching NBA highlights) it isn't too bad. Did an 8-minute mile or so and then a few more at 7:41. Legs feel alright on there so far, so it's an alright start to the week. Just under 32 minutes.

| | Four on the treadmill, ran the first mile well above 8 minutes because I was talking to somebody. Then I moved the pace down, finished just north of 32 minutes. My right hip is still a little tight/sore/bothersome. Nothing serious, I don't think, just the muscle seems to tighten up easily and somewhat often. I'm still convinced it's just something residual from the marathon, solved by stretching and running slow miles more often.

Four on the treadmill at the Y, not very good sports highlights today. My hip felt better, it's loosened up a bit. Back outside tomorrow, which will be a good break away from the machine. Stayed at 8 min. pace today, just felt ok there. 32:40. supernova red -- 100
